4T4 is a mixed-use development towers project comprising of a ground floor and 10 additional floors, featuring three primary unit categories: commercial, medical, and office spaces. The development has strategically partnered with selected premium brands to offer only the most sophisticated variety of F&B and top-tier clinics. The towers are connected via a sky-bridge, enabling shared facilities between them across several levels. Additionally, the towers offer a stunning view for all units overlooking a fascinating promenade.
