Blue Tree is a mixed-use development that encompasses both residential and commercial areas. Spanning across a 50-feddan land area, the project features multiple family apartments with a G+4 structure. Located in the Golden Square area of New Cairo, the design approach of Blue Tree is centered around a naturalistic theme. The avant-garde architectural lines flow seamlessly within the vast, lush green open spaces, complementing each other like trees within a forest. The result is a boutique compound that is easily walkable, sociable, and well-oxygenated. The 50-feddan development is thoughtfully designed to incorporate both horizontal and vertical compositions of geometrical abstraction, creating a space that is both unique and highly functional.
