Wael is a distinguished professional in urban and landscape design with over 17 years of experience, combining aesthetic beauty with functional efficiency. He graduated with a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Cairo University in 2007, setting the stage for a successful career. Wael began at DMA (a subsidiary of DMG firm) as an aspiring Urban and Landscape Designer, quickly proving his skills on a variety of projects. His career then took him to SDC (Saudi Diyar Consultants), where he expanded his expertise to design and engineering with international standards. Subsequently, Wael joined Palm Hills Developments as a Landscape Team Leader, designing and managing luxurious landscape features in residential projects before returning to DMA. There, he advanced to the role of Urban and Landscape Design Manager, as he lead an immense team and collaborated with international consultants such as CRTKL and Perkins Eastman.
Wael's career continued to flourish as he joined YBA and progressed to Associate Urban and Landscape Design Principal, leading his team through numerous projects across various sectors, including residential, tourism, recreational, hospitality, and commercial. Over time, he has already developed around 50 projects, seamlessly integrating design finesse with real estate business acumen, while significantly focusing on the end users. Seeking new challenges, Wael transitioned to ROYA, a leading real estate development firm in Egypt. As Senior Development Manager, he oversaw substantial coastal projects like Telal North Coast and Telal Ain Sokhna covering over 1000 acres. His innovative approach to product creation, profit maximization, and cost reduction earned him a swift promotion to Associate Development Director.
Throughout his career, Wael has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to blend creative design with strategic business sensibilities, leaving a lasting mark on numerous projects and their relevant communities. Currently, in INVERSION, Wael leverages his extensive experience and visionary insights to drive innovation across an even broader range of real estate projects. His dual expertise in design and development makes him a valuable asset, instrumental in enhancing the value and impact of INVERSION's esteemed and diverse portfolio.
